Consultancy (£750 per day)
Our consultants are highly trained to provide a one to one service. Each school is treated personally and we adapt and respond to all requests.

Some key activities conducted this year:
- Working with heads of departments in an inner city secondary school to improve the quality of self evaluation.
- Developing existing Assessment for Learning initiatives with a small rural primary school to ensure full pupil involvement in the process.
- Working with a local authority to develop personal, learning andf thinking skills within its school.
- Working alongside headteachers and senior mangement teams to improve self-evaluation skills and produce a concise positional statement (SEF).
Training (£750 per day)
Our services cover all aspects of self-evaluation and improvement, including leadership and management initiatives, curriculum development and key areas such as lifelong learning, personalised learning and 'Every Child Matters'.
Recent Training Events include:
- Self-evaluation skills with headteachers and middle management.
- Ensuring high quality data analysis.
- Developing the process of Assessment for Learning.
- Linking focused school improvement planning to the SEF.
- Demonstrating how to teach the most challenging pupils in inner city secondary schools in PE.

Inspection Services
Our senior consultants are highly effective Ofsted inspectors who have been heavily involved in quality assuring inspections, setting up the new Framework with RISPS and HMI, training freelance inspectors and HMI, and helping schools to understand how to get the most out of the inspection process.
